I want you to know that the many hours you spent and your consistent effort did not go unnoticed. I appreciate the time you put into my case and guidance you gave to me throughout the whole process.

After many, many years I am very satisfied with the results. I am happy to finally put this situation to rest. It is because of you that I am finally at peace and I am able to put this matter behind me.

I wish you all the best how and in the future. May god bless you and your family as you continues serving people with your talents and your warm kindness.

Mrs. Vicenza Farrace

I knew as soon as I saw the flashing lights of the police car that I had made a big mistake. Getting arrested for driving under the influence was a low point in my life. I was facing loss of license, ridiculous fines, and an inability to get to work for months, not to mention the insurance consequences.

After speaking with several lawyers, I met with you and you immediately put me at ease. You took the time to explain my rights and responsibilities and never promised or guaranteed anything. I always felt very comfortable at your office and your office manager, Jackie, was so friendly and helpful.

I was there in court and watched as you argued for the dismissal of my case. The fact that all charges for driving after drinking were dismissed convinces me that you are an amazing lawyer. It was a lesson I will never forget and I will always be thankful to you!

Dear Jack,

I will never forget what was going on right before I met you. I was recovering from reconstructive breast surgery after a nasty fight with breast cancer. A good friend convinced me to go for a walk in downtown Princeton on a nice day.

The next thing I remember is that I was on the sidewalk under a fence. As you know, the pole struck my neck and head causing me to fall under the weight of the fence. I was seriously injured and underwent several operative procedures. I could barely function. I drove only short distances to the store and had to stop teaching piano. You visited me at my home whenever a phone call wasn't enough. You were a constant support for me during a very vulnerable time in my life.

You fought against a team of lawyers representing fence companies and others who refused to take responsibility for not securing the fence to its base. In the end, you came through with a settlement that was more than I ever thought we would get.

Thank you for being my lawyer and my friend. Why would anyone hire just a lawyer when they could have you?

Fondly,

Marilyn H.

Dear Jack,

I was never one to believe in diving intervention until I met you. As you are aware, the kindness you showed me during a routine hearing for a simple traffic violation brought me to ask if you handled third party injury law suits. I was so overwhelmed with the lack of concern that my prior attorney showed towards the case I almost gave up on a serious injury case. You did more than just save my case you gave me hope. I was extremely ill and wasn't sure how I was going to make things work emotionally, physically or financially.

Your constant kindness and professionalism helped me get through some very difficult times. I was scared. I didn't know how I was going to pay my bills and most of all I was afraid my husband and I had more than we could deal with. You helped me sort out all the facts and literally held my hand throughout the entire process. You often had to deal with my frantic phone calls in which I just wanted to get it over with and settle the claim for whatever! I was tired of the medical examinations in which they would say all my problems were from a pre-existing problem. I knew this wasn't the case and you never gave up on me. You guided me in the right direction never losing faith in me or my treating doctors.

Even as we were getting down to the end of the case you still had to hold my hand because I again wanted to give up. You again encouraged me to have faith in myself, you and my treating doctor. I was never as afraid as I was going through this process. You made everything run smoothly. You kept me updated on all the things I needed to know. These recommendations not only helped me but changed the course of my case. I can't find the words to say how much your kindness and exceptional professional advice meant to me. This is a case that may never have been because of the lack of professionalism of another attorney. You changed it around and made it a winner. You have helped me take charge of things in my life that are important to me. I can now, because of your hard work take care of my health and get the care I need.

You are like family to Walt and I. Jackie, your office manager is a God sent. She always had a kind word and always reinforced to me to let go of the stress and let you handle things. She was right and for that I am thankful to the both of you. I wish you all the best in your new office. I can only hope that others that are in need of professional legal advice seek you out because you are the best. I have worked in the insurance field as a case manager in auto and workers' compensation and now as a nurse. I understood some of what I was to experience but without your kindness and hand holding I would have never made it.

I would recommend your service to anyone who needs a knowledgeable attorney who is also compassionate and honest. You tell it how it is and you fight hard for what you believe in.

Wishing you all the best,

Sincerely,
Marie West

Dear Jack,

I wanted to retell my story for you to share with your clients and friends.

I was crossing the street one day when my foot became caught in a pothole, causing me to fall down sustaining a badly fractured arm. Every lawyer I met with told me I had a limited case because municipalities have special protections, especially when it came to fixing potholes. I was also told that because I was legally blind it would be even more difficult to recover.

Immediately after our first meeting, you did something no other lawyer had done. You took me to the accident site and performed an inspection. You pointed out that the pothole was in a crosswalk, and as a sight disabled person I had a right to rely on a safe walkway. Then you looked at the pothole and found a private water company cap! The cause of my accident had nothing to do with a municipality after all.

You presented colorized medical illustrations and showed the effect of the injury on my ability to do the things most important to me; playing with my grandchildren, playing my guitar and just getting by on my own.

I only wish those other lawyers were around when we were awarded 172,000 dollars. Thank you, Jack.

Dear Jack,

I want to again thank you for your help, regarding my accident of 2005. I would also like to offer you a testimonial, which I hope you will share with others.

I was involved in an automobile accident in June of 2005, in which I received neck, shoulder, and lower back injuries. I had conferred with Mr. Stillman regarding my accident, in an effort to ensure the cost of necessary medical services would be taken care of when needed. Mr. Stillman was a very compassionate and calming factor, in a very stressful and confusing situation. Mr. Stillman made me feel very comfortable with his demure and knowledge of handling similar incidents as mine. Mr. Stillman was able to secure for me, a maximum settlement of my case. I am extremely grateful of his efforts, and would highly recommend his services to anyone who may have a need for an attorney.

Sincerely,

Myriam Sawczak
